A delicious Natural Caturra from El Indio, Colombia. This is a beautiful sweet tasting coffee with hints of cinnamon and cocoa.
A microlot of 100% Caturra coffee. A natural mutation of Red Bourbon that originated in the Minas Gerais region of Brazil.
Hand picked, sorted and and sundried on raised drying beds under temperature-controlled conditions until the ideal moisture content is achieved.
We expertly roasted this coffee on our Loring light for filter and are really enjoying the balanced, sweet flavours and aroma.
