If you've always wanted to develop your sensory skills, palate and learn about the diverse world of coffee, this is the class for you. During this session we'll begin with a fruit and chocolate tasting, discuss flavour and taste, use tools such as the SCA coffee taster's flavour wheel and WCR Sensory Lexicon. You'll learn about cupping rules protocols, and of course, cup some lovely coffee.

This class is open to all, some general coffee knowledge advisable.
